01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bdg3 website accessible at https://bdg3.io, including all pages, features, games, betting markets, account management tools, and support services operated by the Operator.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers a player account on the bdg3 platform and uses any of its services.

bdg3 reserves the right to request eligibility verification at any time and to suspend or close an account if eligibility requirements are found to be unmet, regardless of the account's transaction history. Any balance held in an ineligible account at the time of closure may be forfeited in accordance with Section 14 of these Terms.

04 Account Registration & KYC

To use Real Money services on the bdg3 platform, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to update your account information promptly if any details change.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the bdg3 platform. Creating, operating, or using multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and all associated balances forfeited.

KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. bdg3 may also require KYC verification before processing deposits above certain thresholds or at any point during account operation. Required KYC documents include:

• A valid, unexpired Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport displaying your full legal name and date of birth.
• A selfie photograph clearly showing your face alongside your identity document.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bdg3 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdg3 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select domestic bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated periodically.

Deposits are credited to your account balance following successful payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method but are typically instant or near-instant for mobile financial services such as bKash and Nagad. bdg3 accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

bdg3 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All promotions are subject to promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Where there is any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the purpose of that promotion only.

Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to a Wagering Requirement before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games, maximum bet size during wagering, time limit for completion, and maximum withdrawal amount derived from Bonus Funds are all stated in the relevant promotion's terms. 07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game play on the bdg3 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market, as published by the applicable Game Provider or within the bdg3 sportsbook interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with game-specific rules before placing any wager.

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the Player except where specifically permitted by the rules of that betting market. bdg3 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed and accepted as a result of a technical error, incorrect odds publication, or system malfunction.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdg3 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances, with or without notice:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or perform any account action not carried out manually by the account holder.
• Colluding with other Players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game, betting market, or promotional activity.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds, or using the bdg3 platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or incorrectly published odds to place bets that the Player knows or reasonably should know are based on an error.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other account process.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to disguise your geographic location.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt the bdg3 platform's technical infrastructure, including through hacking, denial-of-service attacks, or the introduction of malicious code.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdg3 staff members or other Players via the support chat, email, or any other communication channel.

bdg3 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in any investigation related to suspected prohibited conduct. Information about suspected criminal activity will be shared with relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

09 Responsible Gaming

bdg3 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. Every registered Player has access to the following self-management tools, configurable at any time from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that prevent deposits above the self-set threshold. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods. Once the limit is reached, further wagers are blocked until the limit period resets.

No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of bdg3.

Game content provided by third-party Game Providers remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is used by bdg3 under licence. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in any content on the platform. Your right to access and use the platform is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdg3 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

bdg3 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service disruptions, or force majeure events. bdg3 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of such unavailability.

bdg3 accepts no responsibility for the actions, content, or services provided by third-party Game Providers, payment processors, or any other external service whose products or services are integrated with or accessible through the platform. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that provider's own terms and conditions.

12 Privacy & Data

bdg3 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bdg3 applies 256-bit TLS encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the platform. 13 Amendments to These Terms

14 Account Closure

You may request closure of your bdg3 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon receiving a closure request, bdg3 will process any pending verified withdrawal of Real Money Funds held in your account balance, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds and associated winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

bdg3 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without notice, where:

• The account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is found to be associated with fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity.
• The account holder is identified as failing to meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• bdg3 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or the instruction of a competent authority.
• bdg3 determines, at its sole discretion, that continuing to operate the account presents unacceptable risk to the platform, its players, or third parties.

Where an account is closed by bdg3 due to breach of Terms, all balances — including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited at the Operator's sole discretion. Where closure is initiated by bdg3 for reasons unrelated to Player breach (e.g., bdg3 ceasing operations in a particular market), Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified payment method on file.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards and the internal policies of bdg3. Players agree that any dispute arising from the use of the bdg3 platform must first be raised with the bdg3 customer support team, who will investigate the matter and provide a written response within a reasonable time frame.

The decision of any such adjudicator, once accepted by both parties, shall be final and binding.
